Flower Escapism is a boutique concept set in New York, designed to bring together the raw charm of industrial spaces with soft, floral warmth. The store invites visitors to craft their own bouquets, offering a slower, more personal approach to buying flowers. Materials play a central role: concrete surfaces, green zellige tiles, and pale pink seating shape the atmosphere. A large central table becomes the heart of the space, both functional and calm, where customers can sit, arrange, and create. Floral wall illustrations, gentle arches, and natural light add a sense of quiet character. The palette is muted but expressive, balancing structure with softness.

This moodboard sets the tone for Flower Escapism, a soft rebellion against the city's rush. It merges New York’s raw brick architecture with the gentleness of floral murals, handmade tiles, and garden-like stillness. The palette of sage, mauve, and terracotta evokes a slow, tactile world where industrial edges meet poetic calm.

This drawing shows the spatial translation of Flower Escapism, a small-format boutique where function and poetry intertwine. The layout centers around a long, sculptural table for bouquet-making, paired with soft seating in blush tones. On one side, a quiet display wall and floral mural bring delicacy to the raw concrete shell. The space is designed with a linear rhythm, framed by generous windows and a rhythm of pastel accents, greenery, and textured finishes. Despite its compact footprint, it invites slowness, creativity, and intimate connection with the act of floral arrangement.

This final model captures the emotional core of Flower Escapism, a tactile, story-rich interior where materiality and mood converge. On the left, handmade green tiles and rustic wood shelving host freshly cut flowers, while soft seating encourages pause and play. The center wall, gently adorned with floral motifs, acts as a divider between two worlds: a playful, plant-filled atelier and a refined bouquet workshop framed by painterly scenic murals. Light spills in softly, enhancing the natural textures and cinematic palette of rose, sage, and stone. It's a physical narrative, an invitation to step inside and escape, even if just for a moment.
